我們釀出了第一款瓶裝桃紅葡萄酒！

Our first bottled rose！ 

愛斯卡門酒莊緻力于釀造醇厚濃郁的黑皮諾葡萄酒多年後，希望探索這款優良葡萄品種的其它潛能。

After so many years of making full bodied pinot noir the team wanted to explore some other facets of this wonderful grape.

此款葡萄酒及其名字的靈感來源于莊主Larry的女兒，其受洗時取名Nina Rose。二人晚餐時，在該享用哪款葡萄酒上意見不一，Nina偏好灰皮諾，而Larry偏好霞多麗，後來父女倆達成折中，結果發現了新的驚喜。

Larry’s daughter, christened Nina Rose, was the inspiration for this wine and its naming. After a few differences over what they should share at dinner, with Nina’s preference being Pinot Gris and Larry’s being Chardonnay a compromise was reached, and new found delights!

此款桃紅葡萄酒由産于提穆娜葡萄園的100%黑皮諾葡萄釀制而成，芳香馥郁，且伴有草莓果香。葡萄僅帶皮浸漬6個小時，後裝入老橡木桶中發酵，桃紅色的柔美黑皮諾桃紅就是這樣釀成的。它是夏季慶典活動或與女兒共進晚餐時的理想伴侶。

100% Pinot Noir from our Te Muna Rd vineyard has given us a wonderfully perfumed, strawberry aromatic wine, left on skins for a mere 6 hours then barrel fermented in old oak a very delicate perfect blush colored Pinot Rose has resulted. An ideal accompaniment to summer celebrations or dinner with your daughter.

在氣候漸暖的日子裡冰鎮飲用，這款酒會讓你神清氣爽。

葡萄全部生長于愛斯卡門的提穆娜葡萄園，采收于完美的成熟季，當時Larry曾經感歎：“我已經為此等待了30年！”

100% grown from Escarpment’s Te Muna Road site in what can be considered a perfect season. At the time I said I’d waited 30 years for this vintage!
